Attorney Jerome Fishkin

Jerome Fishkin has been a practicing attorney since 1971. Before opening his own legal ethics practice in 1993, he spent nine years working as a prosecutor for the State Bar of California. He has testified extensively as an expert witness in cases involving legal ethics.

Jerome's writings regarding legal ethics have been published in a wide variety of California editorials for attorneys including San Francisco Attorney, CAOC Forum, and the Los Angeles Daily Journal. His articles give practical advice to practicing attorneys.

Attorney Lindsay Slatter

Practicing as an attorney since 1976, Lindsay Slatter has focused her practice on California State Bar defense for over fifteen years. Her writings on legal ethics and the State Bar have been published in numerous statewide publications including CTLA Forum, The Verdict, and Santa Clara County Bar Newsletter.

In addition to her work as counsel to attorneys regarding ethical practices, Lindsay Slatter is frequently called upon to provide expert witness testimony in cases concerning duties of California attorneys.

Attorney Samuel Bellicini

Samuel C. Bellicini is an associate attorney at Fishkin & Slatter, LLP. Since his reinstatement in 2008, Sam's primary practice has been focused on defending investigations and litigating charges within the State Bar Court. Having formerly worked at the Law Department of the U.S. Postal Service, Sam is very familiar with practice in administrative forums.

Sam has made presentations on attorney conduct and professional responsibility issues to the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), and to the Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Forum.
